As a family Church we are committed to providing ways for Every Person to grow closer to Jesus. We do our best to provide many opportunities for children to see who Jesus is, how much He loves them and what a healthy relationship with Him looks like. We are also committed to giving our kids opportunities to be active IN ministry as well. Once a month we have a Mission Emphasis.

On Sunday Mornings we have Sunday School classes for every age group. We understand that teaching in age appropriate classes are the most conducive to effective learning. Our teachers love kids and are gifted at communicating God’s Word effectively to children. We offer the following classes each Sunday morning at 9:00 AM:

• Preschool & Kindergarten & 1st: taught by Teresa McNeel

• 2nd-3rd Grade: taught by Gail Krauss

• 4th-6th: taught by Laurel Eby

The school age classes are all located in the Children’s wing on the East side of our facility. Follow the signs and head East to find all the action. Our nursery is right in the middle of our facility. We have lots of signs to point the way and a helpful nursery staff to assist you.

On Sunday mornings all kids K-6th Grade are included in our worship service. We love to have them participate in worship with us. They are often our best greeters and most enthusiastic worshipers. We provide a worship bulletin just for them, a children's sermon (which many of the adults really like), and see them often on the platform assisting us in the service. We believe that God really likes it when families worship together!

Each Sunday evening (during the school year) we offer a Bible Quizzing program for kids 1st through 6th grades. It features a different book of the Bible each year (this year we are studying Acts).

Each week Red (grades 1-3) and Blue (grades 4-6) level quizzers learn through a variety of activities, games, prizes and friendly competition as they hide God’s word in their hearts. Those who are inclined can participate in regional and district competitions with children from other churches each year in the Spring. Shawna Vogl and Laurel Eby teach this program.

*This program has to be started at the beginning of the school year. It is very difficult to start mid-way through the year

Every Wednesday night, we kick things off with dinner at 5:30 PM for all the kids. Our Van Ministry provides transportation for many of our children using the church bus, making it easy for families to join in!

After dinner, the Extreme Kids program begins. Kids Kindergarten through 6th grade are split into age-appropriate groups and rotate through fun, engaging stations that include:

📖 Bible Study
🎉 Games

Each station is led by caring adults and teens who guide the kids in learning and fun. We wrap up the night with a time of worship, and each season brings a new theme and exciting activities!
