What we believe

We believe in one God-the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.

We believe all people are born with a fallen nature, and are, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually.

We believe that the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost.

We believe that the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin.

We believe that believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth, and also to the entire sanctification of believers.

We believe that our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.

Core Values

Powerful Prayer:  We will be a people of prayer, seeking God’s direction first, foremost and always for every ministry and decision of the church2 Chron. 7:14, Prov. 2:1-5, 1 Thess. 5:16-18, Matt 6:5-15

Healthy Community:  We will live together in unity, loving one another, and gathering for worship and fellowship.   Romans 12:1, Acts 2:42-47

Faithful Stewardship:  We will manage with excellence all the resources God has entrusted to us as a church and will equip individuals to manage the resources God has entrusted to them.  Luke 16:10, Matthew 25:21, Col. 3:23

Strong Families:  We will teach, resource, encourage and model Biblical principles of marriage, parenting and relationships. Eph. 5:21- 6:4,

Transformed Lives:  We will allow the Holy Spirit to form Christ’s character in our thoughts, actions and relationships.  We will help people take the next step in their Spiritual journey.  2 Cor. 5:16-17, Romans 12:2, 2 Cor. 3:17-18, Matt 18:3

Compassionate Evangelism:  We will deliberately and intentionally build relationships with pre-Christians through loving action, sharing with them the hope that is within us so that they, too, may experience Christ’s forgiveness. Matthew 4:19; Matthew 9:37-38; John 3:16-18, Matt 28:19
