Scott came to Moscow Church of the Nazarene in July of 2006 after serving as Worship & Arts Pastor with Pastor Eby in Frankfort, Indiana. He was born in Rosario, Argentina where his parents were serving as Nazarene missionaries. Scott returned to the United States when he was three years old and grew up in the Midwest where his father pastored a number of Nazarene churches. He became a Christian as a young child and was called to ministry as a teenager. Scott graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas with a B.A. in Christian Education and Church Music.
Scott was ordained as a Deacon Minister of Music in 2004, but has been leading worship in various Nazarene churches for the past 20 years. He and his wife, Donna, and their son, Zach, are active in the life of Moscow Church of the Nazarene. He enjoys the outdoors, camping, hiking and motorcycling as well as wood working. Scott’s passion is leading the congregation into intimate worship of their Creator through music.
